He has aired a weekly broadcast on Principles of Management over the Voice of America during the past six years. Mr. Weinschel has a distinguished engineering and entrepreneurial career, including key posts in electronic, missile and space technology, particularly a technical management role in the Apollo program. He later was a cofounder and Vice President of Engineering Research Associates (ERA). In 1985 ERA received the award of Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year, presented by the President. The Company was started with $15,000. Ten years later it was acquired by E-Systems for $27 million. The company is primarily focused on design and development of environmental systems for wastewater and air treatment. Dr. Khalemsky is an accomplished scientist with over 150 publications and several monographs, as well as a successful businessman.
